1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between KrishDigital Solutions Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong under registration number 72185282, with its registered address at Room 8, S-V, 6/F, Valiant Industrial Centre, 2-12 Au Pui Wan Street, Fo Tan, New Territories, Hong Kong ("Uploot", "we", "us", "our"), and you, the person who uses the website uploot.gg ("you", "your").
1.2. The Terms govern your access to the Website and your use of the Service.
1.3. You accept the Terms when you tick the box "I agree to the Terms of Service" in the sign-in window and sign in with Steam. In the same window you confirm that you are over 18. If you do not agree to the Terms, do not sign in and do not use the Service.
1.4. If you browse the Website without signing in, Sections 16, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 29 and 31 apply to your visit.
1.5. The following documents form part of the Terms:
1.6. The Privacy Policy at https://uploot.gg/privacy and the Cookie Policy at https://uploot.gg/cookies explain how personal data and cookies are handled. They are provided for your information.
1.7. The affiliate programme is not part of the Service for users. It is governed by separate terms.
1.8. The current version of the Terms is always available at https://uploot.gg/terms. You may save or print it.
2.1. In these Terms:
3.1. You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old, or of the age of majority in the place where you live if that age is higher.
3.2. You must be a natural person with full legal capacity, acting in your own name and for your own personal purposes. Companies and other organisations may not hold an Account.
3.3. The Service is not offered to persons who are located in, or are residents of, any place where use of the Service is prohibited by law. We may restrict access from these places.
3.4. Before you use the Service, you must make sure that its use is lawful where you live and where you are located.
3.5. By accepting the Terms you confirm that you meet the requirements of this Section. You must stop using the Service if you no longer meet them.
3.6. We may ask you to confirm that you meet these requirements, as described in Section 22. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that an Account is used by a person who does not meet them, we may restrict or close that Account under Section 17. Deposits made on such an Account are dealt with in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law.
4.1. You can sign in only through Steam. The Website has no separate registration and no passwords, and we do not receive your Steam password.
4.2. Your Account is created at your first sign-in and is linked to your Steam ID. Your nickname and avatar are taken from Steam and are updated each time you sign in.
4.3. You may have only one Account. Opening or using more than one Account, including through different Steam profiles, is prohibited.
4.4. Your Account is personal. You may not sell it, transfer it or let another person use it.
4.5. You are responsible for keeping your Steam account secure and for actions carried out through your Account. Tell us without delay if you believe that someone else has gained access to it.
4.6. To withdraw Items you must save a valid Trade Link in your profile. Before you open Cases, make sure that your Steam account can receive trades and that your Steam inventory is public. You are responsible for the accuracy of your Trade Link.
4.7. You may add a contact e-mail address to your profile. It is optional. We use it for notices under these Terms and, as described in the Privacy Policy, for mailings from which you can unsubscribe at any time. Keep it up to date.
4.8. Your profile on the Website is public. Other visitors can see your nickname, avatar, on-site ID, activity counters and the Items you have received, and your new Items may appear in the live feed. Your Trade Link is not shown to others. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
4.9. Our staff never send you friend requests on Steam and never ask you to hand over skins, passwords or codes. Anyone who does so in our name is not acting for us. Contact us only through the channels listed at https://uploot.gg/contact.
5.1. The Service lets you add to your Balance, open Cases that contain Items, keep Items in your Inventory, sell Items to us, withdraw Items to your Steam inventory, use Items in Upgrades and Contracts, and receive Bonuses.
5.2. The Service is provided for entertainment. It is not a way to earn money, an investment or a financial service.
5.3. The result of a Case, an Upgrade or a Contract is random. We do not guarantee that you will receive any particular Item or an Item of any particular value. The value of what you receive may be lower than the amount you spent.
5.4. Before each paid action the Website shows its price and the odds or other parameters that apply to it. By confirming the action you agree to it on the terms shown. A confirmed action is carried out immediately and cannot be cancelled.
5.5. We may add, change, suspend or remove Cases, features, prices, odds, limits and Bonuses. Changes apply only to future actions and do not affect actions already completed.
5.6. We may suspend the Service in whole or in part for maintenance, updates or security reasons.
5.7. The Service is provided in English.
6.1. The Balance is a record in your Account of the amount available to you for paid features of the Service. It is shown in euro (EUR).
6.2. The Balance increases when you make a deposit, sell an Item to us, receive a Bonus credited to the Balance, or are credited with an amount under Section 10.5 or Section 14.6. It decreases when you open a Case or add part of the Balance to an Upgrade. It may also change in the cases set out in Sections 6.8, 11.7, 17.5 and 21.6 and in the Refund Policy.
6.3. The Balance can be used only within the Service: to open Cases and to add to Upgrades.
6.4. The Balance is not money. It cannot be withdrawn or paid out as money, exchanged for money, or transferred to another user or to a third party. The only thing that can leave the Service is an Item withdrawn to your Steam inventory under Section 14.
6.5. Section 6.4 does not affect any refund to which you are entitled under Section 20, Section 21 or applicable law.
6.6. The Balance does not earn interest. It is not a bank deposit or a payment account, and we do not provide banking or payment services.
6.7. Deposit only the amount you intend to use in the Service.
6.8. If an amount is credited to or debited from your Balance by mistake, we may correct the Balance. We record the reason for each correction and will tell you the reason on request.
7.1. You can make a deposit by one of the methods shown on the deposit page for the country you select. These may include payment cards, crypto-assets and deposits made with skins. The methods available differ from country to country and may change.
7.2. The minimum deposit for each method is shown on the deposit page. Payment providers may apply their own fees, limits and conditions.
7.3. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. A card payment is made on the payment provider's page.
7.4. You may use only a payment method that you are authorised to use, and only funds and skins that you have obtained lawfully.
7.5. A payment is valid for a limited time set by the payment provider. A payment that is not completed within that time is not credited.
7.6. For a deposit in crypto-assets, the payment provider fixes the exchange rate for the time the payment is valid, and your Balance is credited with the amount of the payment in euro (EUR). Send only the asset stated, over the network stated, to the address issued for that payment. We may be unable to recover an asset sent in any other way.
7.7. A deposit with skins is made through a third-party skin deposit provider. You do not enter an amount: your Balance is credited with the amount the provider reports after the trade. The deposit is credited only after the provider's final confirmation. While the skins are held under Steam trade protection (currently up to 8 days), the payment has the status "Pending". If you cancel the trade, the payment is declined and your Balance does not change.
7.8. If you retry a payment through another payment route and both payments are later completed, both amounts are credited to your Balance. A deposit bonus is applied only once.
7.9. If a payment is not credited within 60 minutes after you paid, contact support and provide the payment details.
7.10. Your payment history shows each payment with one of the statuses "Pending", "Credited" or "Declined".
7.11. If you have a problem with a payment, contact us before you dispute it with your bank or payment provider. A payment dispute or a justified complaint from a payment provider may lead to measures under Section 17.
8.1. Each Case page shows the price of the Case, the Items it contains with their variants, and the odds of each variant. The odds table shown on the Case page is the table used to determine the result, and it is visible to everyone before opening.
8.2. When you open a Case, its price is debited from your Balance and you receive one Item from that Case. You may open several Cases at once, up to the number allowed on the Case page. If the price of the Case has changed by the time you confirm, the Case is not opened and nothing is debited.
8.3. The result is determined on our server at the moment you confirm the opening. The animation shows a result that has already been determined.
8.4. The result does not depend on your actions, your history, your Balance, the amount you have spent or our financial results.
8.5. Any change to the contents or odds of a Case creates a new version of that Case. The version that is active at the time of opening applies. The version number and the date it became active are shown on the Case page.
8.6. We may set conditions for individual Cases: a limit on the number of openings per user, a deposit amount required to unlock the Case, or a period of availability. These conditions are shown on the Case page.
8.7. Weekly cases, secret cases and Cases that take part in an event are Cases under this Section. The odds table on the page of each of them applies. Additional conditions are set out in Section 15.
9.1. In an Upgrade you offer one or more Items from your Inventory, and optionally part of your Balance, in exchange for an attempt to obtain a target Item of higher value that you select.
9.2. The chance that the Upgrade succeeds is shown before you confirm. It is calculated from the value of what you offer in relation to the price of the target Item and is reduced by our commission. The commission and the limits that apply to Upgrades are shown on the Upgrade page.
9.3. An Upgrade has two possible results:
9.4. An Upgrade is carried out only on the terms shown to you. If the price of the target Item or the chance has changed by the time you confirm, or the Upgrade no longer fits the current limits, the Upgrade is not carried out and nothing is debited.
10.1. In a Contract you exchange several Items from your Inventory for one Item whose value is determined by a multiplier. The number of Items you may add is shown on the Contract page.
10.2. A Contract is available in several modes that differ in their highest multiplier. For the selected mode the Contract page shows the average return and the range of possible results. The table of multipliers and the probability of each multiplier are not shown on the page. The table that was in effect is recorded with the result and is included in the verification data of the Contract.
10.3. The result value of a Contract equals the total value of the Items you added multiplied by the multiplier determined for that Contract. The multiplier may be below one, so the result value may be lower than, equal to or higher than the value of the Items you added.
10.4. The Items you added are debited when the Contract is created.
10.5. You receive an Item whose price is the closest to the result value without exceeding it. The difference between the result value and the price of that Item is credited to your Balance. If no Item is available at or below the result value, the whole result value is credited to your Balance.
10.6. A Contract is created only on the terms shown to you. If, by the time you confirm, the average return has changed, the selected mode is no longer available or the Contract no longer fits the current limits, the Contract is not created and nothing is debited.
11.1. The results of Cases, Upgrades and Contracts are calculated from a secret server seed, your client seed and a sequence number. Before the action, we publish a cryptographic hash of the server seed. Once the server seed is revealed, anyone can recalculate the result independently of us.
11.2. The method, the seed settings and the verification tools are described at https://uploot.gg/provably-fair.
11.3. Provably Fair covers the opening of all catalogue Cases, including weekly and secret cases, as well as Upgrades and Contracts. For a Contract, verification reproduces the multiplier and the result value; it does not reproduce the choice of the specific Item received.
11.4. Provably Fair does not cover the daily case or event points.
11.5. Your client seed and the results of your actions are public in verification records, and other people can check them. Do not use text that identifies you as your client seed if you do not want your results to be linked to you.
11.6. The result recorded on our server is the result of the action. Animations and other visual effects only illustrate it. If you believe that a recorded result does not match its verification, save the verification data and contact support.
11.7. If an action is affected by a technical error, we may cancel that action and restore your Balance and Inventory to their state before it. We will inform you if we do so. If you notice an error, do not use it and report it to support.
12.1. Items you receive are recorded in your Inventory.
12.2. An Item in your Inventory is a record of your entitlement to the corresponding skin under these Terms. The skin itself is obtained for you when you request a withdrawal under Section 14.
12.3. The value of an Item is fixed at the moment you receive it and does not change afterwards. It is our reference value based on market data. It may differ from the price of the same skin on Steam or anywhere else.
12.4. With an Item in your Inventory you may:
12.5. An Item stays in your Inventory without a time limit until you sell, withdraw or use it, subject to Sections 17, 18 and 19.
12.6. An Item that is currently used in an Upgrade, a Contract or a withdrawal is locked for other actions.
12.7. The Service has no function for transferring Items or the Balance between Accounts.
13.1. You may sell any unlocked Item in your Inventory to us. The sale price is the value recorded when you received the Item. The same amount is shown on the sell button. There is no separate sale price.
13.2. The sale amount is credited to your Balance. It is not paid out as money.
13.3. You may sell all unlocked Items in your Inventory in one operation.
13.4. A completed sale is final. The sold Item is removed from your Inventory.
14.1. You may request withdrawal of an Item if:
14.2. We do not keep a stock of skins. When you request a withdrawal, the skin is purchased for you on a third-party skin marketplace and is sent to you by the seller as a Steam trade to your Trade Link.
14.3. The skin delivered corresponds to the Item by name, wear and quality. Other characteristics of an individual copy are not selected or guaranteed.
14.4. The seller usually sends the trade within about five minutes. It may take longer, and we do not guarantee a delivery time. You must accept the trade in Steam to receive the skin.
14.5. After you accept the trade, a Steam trade protection period applies (currently 7 days), during which the trade can be reversed. The withdrawal is complete when that period ends.
14.6. If the skin is not on sale on the marketplace, or its lowest price there is higher than the value of the Item, the skin is not purchased and the Item stays in your Inventory. You may then:
14.7. If the seller does not send the trade in time, the order is cancelled and the Item returns to your Inventory. If you had chosen a replacement, the replacement Item returns to your Inventory. You may withdraw it again or sell it.
14.8. If the seller reverses the trade during the trade protection period, the Item returns to your Inventory.
14.9. If you reverse the trade, the Item is not returned to your Inventory and no amount is credited to your Balance. Your Account is then reviewed, and we may apply measures under Section 17.
14.10. A withdrawal ends in one of three ways: the skin is delivered, the Item returns to your Inventory, or the trade is reversed by you.
14.11. Withdrawals depend on Steam and are subject to its rules. Steam may hold, restrict or reverse trades, and may limit the transfer of a received skin for a period (currently 7 days). Reversing a trade in Steam may also cause Steam to reverse your other recent trades and to suspend trading on your Steam account. We do not control these rules or decisions.
15.1. We provide Bonuses free of charge and at our discretion. The conditions of each Bonus are shown with the offer. We may change or end a Bonus for the future. An amount credited to your Balance as a Bonus becomes part of the Balance and is subject to Section 6.
15.2. Promo codes. The following applies to promo codes:
15.3. Daily case. The following applies to the daily case:
15.4. Events. The following applies to events:
15.5. Secret cases. Secret cases exist only within their event. They are opened like other Cases until the community goal shown for the Case is reached. After that the Case cannot be opened until the event ends.
15.6. We may refuse or cancel a Bonus that was obtained in breach of these Terms.
16.1. You must not:
16.2. If you breach this Section, we may apply the measures set out in Section 17.
17.1. We may restrict or block your Account on any of the following grounds:
17.2. Depending on the breach, we may:
17.3. While your Account is blocked, you can sign in and view your profile and Inventory, but you cannot open Cases, sell or withdraw Items, use Upgrades or Contracts, make deposits or open the daily case.
17.4. A temporary block ends on the date we set. We may lift it earlier. Your Balance and Items remain on the Account during a temporary block.
17.5. If we block your Account permanently for a serious breach, such as fraud or the use of exploits, the remaining Balance is cancelled, and the Items in the Inventory stay frozen on the Account and cannot be sold or withdrawn.
17.6. If you use more than one Account, all linked Accounts are blocked, the Balance on them is not refunded, and withdrawals are closed permanently.
17.7. A payment that you started before a block and completed after it is credited to your Balance and is then subject to the same rules as the rest of the Balance on the blocked Account.
17.8. We will tell you the reason for a restriction or block on request, unless the law or the security of the Service prevents us from doing so.
17.9. You may contest a block by contacting support within 30 days of the block. If our review shows that the block was applied by mistake, we lift it and restore the Balance on your Account.
17.10. This Section does not limit the rights you have under mandatory law.
18.1. An Account is inactive if you have not signed in to it and no action has been carried out on it for more than 180 days.
18.2. Inactive Accounts are not closed automatically. We may close an inactive Account after giving you at least 14 days' notice at the contact e-mail address saved in your profile.
18.3. If you sign in before the date stated in the notice, the Account is not closed.
18.4. Keep a current contact e-mail address in your profile so that the notice can reach you.
18.5. The consequences of closure are set out in Section 19.
19.1. You may stop using the Service at any time. You may ask us to close your Account by contacting support. We reply to such a request within 30 days.
19.2. Before you ask us to close your Account, withdraw the Items you want to keep. Closure cannot be undone.
19.3. When an Account is closed, your access to it, to its Balance and to its Inventory ends. A closed Account is not restored. If you sign in again with the same Steam account, a new Account is created, and the Balance, Items and history of the closed Account are not carried over to it.
19.4. After closure, your personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Records that are needed to keep the history of operations complete are retained, the results of your actions remain available for verification, and your client seed cannot be used by another Account.
19.5. We may end this agreement and close your Account in the cases described in Sections 17 and 18.
19.6. If we decide to discontinue the Service, we will announce it on the Website in advance so that you can withdraw your Items.
19.7. Sections 6.4, 24, 26, 27, 29 and 31 continue to apply after your Account is closed.
19.8. This Section does not affect any refund to which you are entitled under Section 20, Section 21 or applicable law.
20.1. A deposit is credited to your Balance and becomes available for use at once. Paid actions are carried out at once on your request.
20.2. Amounts spent on completed actions, including opened Cases, Upgrades and Contracts, are not refunded, except where the Refund Policy, Section 21 or applicable law provides otherwise.
20.3. The cases in which a refund is made and the procedure for requesting one are set out in the Refund Policy at https://uploot.gg/refund.
20.4. If you were charged twice, or a payment was charged but not credited, contact support under Section 7.9.
21.1. This Section applies to you if you are a Consumer and the law of the country where you live gives you a right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance. This includes Consumers who live in a member state of the European Union or the European Economic Area, or in the United Kingdom.
21.2. You may withdraw from a deposit within 14 days of making it, without giving a reason, to the extent that the deposited amount has not been used for paid actions.
21.3. The Service consists of digital content and digital services that are supplied immediately at your request. When you confirm a paid action, such as opening a Case, starting an Upgrade or creating a Contract, you:
21.4. As a result, the right of withdrawal does not apply to amounts that you have already used for paid actions.
21.5. To withdraw, send us a clear statement of your decision at support@uploot.gg before the withdrawal period ends. State your on-site ID and the date and amount of the deposit. You may use the following form, but you do not have to:
To KrishDigital Solutions Limited, Room 8, S-V, 6/F, Valiant Industrial Centre, 2-12 Au Pui Wan Street, Fo Tan, New Territories, Hong Kong, support@uploot.gg.
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following deposit.
Date of the deposit:
Amount of the deposit:
My on-site ID:
My name:
Date:
21.6. If you withdraw, we refund the unused amount of that deposit without undue delay in the manner described in the Refund Policy. Any Bonus credited in connection with that deposit is cancelled.
21.7. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that the law gives you as a Consumer, including your rights where digital content or a digital service is not in conformity with the contract.
22.1. We may ask you at any time to confirm your age, identity, place of residence, your right to use a payment method, or the origin of the funds or skins you use. We do this where it is needed to check that you may use the Service, to prevent fraud or to meet our legal obligations.
22.2. Until a check is completed, we may suspend deposits, withdrawals or other actions on your Account.
22.3. If you do not provide the requested information within a reasonable time, or provide false information, we may apply measures under Section 17.
22.4. Information you provide for a check is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
23.1. We process your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy at https://uploot.gg/privacy.
23.2. We use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy at https://uploot.gg/cookies. You can manage your choices in the cookie settings on the Website.
23.3. To exercise your rights in relation to your personal data, contact us at support@uploot.gg.
24.1. The Website, its design, texts, graphics, software and other content belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by law.
24.2. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
24.3. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise use the content of the Website beyond this licence without our prior written consent.
24.4. Uploot is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Valve, Steam, Counter-Strike and their logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
24.5. Skins are digital items of the game Counter-Strike 2. Their use is governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and other rules of Valve Corporation. Nothing in these Terms gives you any intellectual property right in a skin. You are responsible for complying with those rules when you use Steam.
25.1. The Service relies on services provided by third parties, including Steam, payment providers, a skin marketplace, a skin deposit provider and Telegram. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.
25.2. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, their rules or their decisions.
25.3. The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
26.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
26.2. We do not warrant that the Service will be available without interruption or free of errors.
26.3. We do not guarantee that you will receive any particular Item, or that the value of the Items you receive will equal or exceed the amount you spend.
26.4. The value of an Item shown on the Website is a reference value. It is not a promise that the skin can be sold for that amount on Steam or anywhere else.
26.5. Nothing on the Website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
26.6. This Section does not affect the rights you have under mandatory law.
27.1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that the law gives you as a Consumer.

28.4. We reply to a complaint within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
28.5. If you are a Consumer and are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the consumer protection body or an alternative dispute resolution body in your country. You also keep the right to bring a claim under Section 29.
29.1. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
29.2. If you are a Consumer, the choice of law in Section 29.1 does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.
29.3. Before starting proceedings, you and we will try to resolve the dispute through the complaint procedure in Section 28.
29.4. A dispute that is not resolved in this way is submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong.
29.5. If you are a Consumer, Section 29.4 does not prevent you from bringing proceedings before the courts of the country where you live where the law gives you that right.
30.1. We may change these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, in the law, in the requirements of our providers, or in security needs.
30.2. We publish the new version at https://uploot.gg/terms and update the date at the top of the document.
30.3. We give notice of a material change on the Website and, where you have saved one, at your contact e-mail address before it takes effect. A change that is required by law, or that only adds a new feature, may take effect immediately.
30.4. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Service and may ask us to close your Account before the change takes effect. If you continue to use the Service after the change takes effect, the new version applies to you.
30.5. A change does not apply to actions completed before it took effect.
31.1. These Terms, together with the documents listed in Section 1.5, are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Service.
31.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in force.
31.3. If we do not exercise a right under these Terms, this is not a waiver of that right.
31.4. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours to another company, provided that this does not reduce your rights under these Terms.
31.5. These Terms do not give rights to any third party.
31.6. These Terms are drawn up in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
31.7. We send notices to you through the Website or at the contact e-mail address saved in your profile. You send notices to us at support@uploot.gg.
