Cookie Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. About this Policy

1.1. This Cookie Policy explains how KrishDigital Solutions Limited ("Uploot", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the website https://uploot.gg (the "Website").

1.2. KrishDigital Solutions Limited is a company registered in Hong Kong under registration number 72185282, with its registered address at Room 8, S-V, 6/F, Valiant Industrial Centre, 2-12 Au Pui Wan Street, Fo Tan, New Territories, Hong Kong.

1.3. This Policy describes what these technologies are, which of them we use and why, who places them, how long they last and how you can control them.

1.4. This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy (https://uploot.gg/privacy) and our Terms of Service (https://uploot.gg/terms).

2. Cookies and similar technologies

2.1. A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. The browser sends the cookie back on later requests, which allows the website to recognise the browser and to remember information between pages and visits.

2.2. Session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed or when the sign-in session ends. Persistent cookies stay on the device until they expire or until you delete them.

2.3. First-party cookies are set by the Website. Third-party cookies are set by another service whose code is loaded on the Website, and that service controls them.

2.4. Similar technologies work in a comparable way and include:

  • (a) browser storage, where a website keeps small pieces of data such as settings;
  • (b) scripts of third-party services that are loaded on a page and may read or store data on the device;
  • (c) a service worker, which is a file that allows the browser to receive push notifications from a website.

2.5. In this Policy the word "cookies" covers cookies and the similar technologies listed in Section 2.4, unless stated otherwise.

3. Why we use cookies

3.1. We use cookies to:

  • (a) let you sign in through Steam and keep you signed in while you use the Website;
  • (b) remember the choices you make in the cookie banner and cookie settings;
  • (c) remember interface preferences and a welcome bonus code shown to you;
  • (d) measure how the Website is visited and used, so that we can maintain and improve it;
  • (e) record which partner link or campaign brought a visitor to the Website;
  • (f) provide the support chat and browser push notifications through third-party services.

3.2. We do not create a guest identifier, a cookie or a browser fingerprint in order to count visitors in the online counter shown on the Website.

4. Categories of cookies

4.1. Strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are needed for the Website to work and to provide functions you ask for. They keep you signed in after you sign in through Steam, link your requests to your account and store your cookie choices. They are always active.

4.2. Functional cookies. These cookies remember choices that make the Website more convenient, such as interface preferences, whether the welcome bonus window has already been shown to you and the promo code from that window, so that it can be placed in the promo code field on the deposit page. The welcome bonus window is not shown again for at least 30 days after you close it or press its button.

4.3. Analytics cookies. These cookies help us understand how the Website is used: which pages are visited, when and for how long, the page a visitor came from, and the type of browser and device. We use Google Analytics for this purpose. Google sets and controls these cookies.

4.4. Partner attribution cookies. These cookies record that a visitor came to the Website through a link of one of our partners or through a marked campaign link.

  • (a) When you open the Website through a partner link, our server stores the partner tag and the click identifier from that link in cookies and then removes them from the page address.
  • (b) These cookies are set for the whole Website domain and kept for 365 days. They are sent only over an encrypted connection and cannot be read by scripts on the page.
  • (c) If you later open the Website through another partner link, the new tag and click identifier replace the earlier ones.
  • (d) When your account is created, which happens at your first sign-in through Steam, the account is linked to the partner tag stored at that moment. The link does not change afterwards.
  • (e) We provide the partner tag and the click identifier to Tracknow, the platform on which our affiliate programme runs, together with the account and transaction data described in the Privacy Policy. We do not provide Tracknow with your Steam ID, nickname, avatar, e-mail address, IP address or trade link. Tracknow separately records the IP address and browser of a visitor who clicks a partner link.
  • (f) Campaign source tags (UTM tags) from a link are stored in the same way for 30 days. They are not passed to that platform.
  • (g) If you do not arrive through a partner link or a marked campaign link, these cookies are not set.

4.5. Third-party widgets and services. Some functions of the Website are provided by other services whose code is loaded on our pages. Those services may set their own cookies or store data on your device.

  • (a) Support chat. The chat window is loaded as a script from a chat service provider. The provider may store data on your device to keep a conversation available between pages and visits. Messages you send in the chat are received by that provider. We do not pass your account data to the chat.
  • (b) Browser push notifications. The subscription is managed by a push notification service through its script and a service worker file on the Website. You are subscribed only after you confirm both the request of the service and the request of your browser. The subscription is not linked to your account.
  • (c) Telegram. One of the tasks of the daily case is confirmed through Telegram authorisation and a check of your subscription to our Telegram channel. Telegram may set its own cookies when you use that authorisation.

5.2. "Session" means that the cookie lasts until you log out, your sign-in session ends or the browser deletes it.

5.3. "Set by the provider" means that the third-party service decides which cookies it sets and how long they last. Details are available in that provider's own cookie or privacy notice.

5.4. The services we use may change. When they do, we update this table.

6. Your consent and how to change it

6.1. When you first visit the Website, a cookie banner is shown. Through the banner you can accept or decline optional cookies, or open the cookie settings and switch each optional category on or off separately.

6.2. The optional categories in the cookie settings are functional, analytics, marketing, social networks and third-party services. Functional cookies, analytics cookies and third-party widgets are used only in line with the choice you make in the banner or in the cookie settings.

6.3. Strictly necessary cookies do not depend on the cookie settings and cannot be switched off there.

6.4. In the cookie settings, the cookies that store the partner tag and click identifier are grouped with strictly necessary cookies and are not switched off by the optional toggles.

6.5. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by opening the cookie settings on the Website. The new choice applies from the moment you save it and does not affect anything done before that.

6.6. Switching a category off stops further use of that category, but it may not remove cookies already stored on your device. You can delete them in your browser as described in Section 7.

6.7. Browser push notifications require a separate permission. You can end a subscription at any time in the notification settings of your browser.

6.8. Your choice is stored in the browser where you made it. If you use another browser or device, or clear your browser data, the banner is shown again.

7. Managing cookies in your browser

7.1. Most browsers allow you to view the cookies stored on your device, delete some or all of them, block third-party cookies or block all cookies. The exact steps depend on the browser; they are described in its settings or help section.

7.2. Browser settings apply only to that browser on that device. If you use several browsers or devices, each has to be configured separately.

7.3. To stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits to any website, you can also install the opt-out add-on offered by Google at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

7.4. If you block or delete cookies, the following may stop working:

  • (a) Strictly necessary cookies. You will not be able to sign in through Steam or stay signed in. Functions that require an account, including opening cases, deposits, the inventory and item withdrawals, will not be available. Your cookie choices will not be remembered and the banner will be shown again on each visit.
  • (b) Functional cookies. Interface preferences will return to their default state. The welcome bonus window may be shown again, and the promo code from it will not be filled in automatically; you can still enter a promo code yourself on the deposit page.
  • (c) Analytics cookies. Nothing changes in how the Website works for you.
  • (d) Partner attribution cookies. An account you create will not be linked to the partner whose link you followed. This does not affect how you can use the Website.
  • (e) Third-party widgets. The support chat window may not load or may not keep your conversation; you can still reach us as described at https://uploot.gg/contact. Push notifications will not be delivered. The task of the daily case that relies on Telegram authorisation cannot be confirmed.

8. Third-party websites and services

8.1. Some steps take place on websites that we do not operate:

  • (a) sign-in is completed on the Steam website, operated by Valve;
  • (b) card payments and deposits made with skins are completed on the pages of payment providers and of a skin deposit provider;
  • (c) the affiliate programme runs on the Tracknow platform;
  • (d) links on the Website may lead to our pages on social networks and messengers.

8.2. These websites set their own cookies under their own policies. This Policy does not cover them, and we do not control those cookies.

9. Cookies and personal data

9.1. Some information collected through cookies, such as identifiers, IP address and data about your visits, may be personal data, alone or in combination with other information we hold.

9.2. Our Privacy Policy (https://uploot.gg/privacy) explains what personal data we process, for which purposes, with whom we share it, how long we keep it and which rights you have.

10. Changes to this Policy

10.1. We may update this Policy when the cookies or services we use change, or when legal requirements change.

10.2. The current version is always published at https://uploot.gg/cookies, with the date of the last update shown at the top.

10.3. If a change affects the optional cookies we use or the purposes they are used for, we may ask for your choice again through the cookie banner.
